I will demonstrate truthfulness, walk the talk, and loyalty to this charity. I am expected by our members to behave professionally, courteously, and respectfully at all times. Discrimination or bullying of any type will not be tolerated in this charity. I will not consume alcohol, drugs or undertake binge drinking, hazing, trolling or any other forms of abuse while representing this charity.

Members may be notified of the programs and events, and are encouraged to participate and network. Members are not to directly engage with the media (e.g., television, papers print media, radio, social media etc.) – any such media requests should be directed to the BSAPAC’s committee members unless delegated by relevant authorities. Photos and videos clicked taken during community events may be stored and published on social media (including websites), and may be accessible for a period of seven years.

I confirm that I have answered the questions truthfully. I will notify the charity of any significant changes to my contact details. I acknowledge that withholding, or falsification, of any information regarding may cancel my membership. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this membership and understand my obligations. I will exercise due diligence, care and be responsible while participating in the events hosted. I will willfully bring to the attention of the BSAPAC’s committee members of any perceived malpractice or gaps.

I will notify the committee of any perceived conflict of interest with Basava Samiti of Asia Pacific Ltd, such as membership with of any political organisations or religious institutions if any. I will contact one of the BSAPAC’s committee members or write to [email protected] for any questions or feedback.
