I had been searching for jobs for quite some time and I really believe, given the current job market, that my experience with the L2G program at BSAPAC has opened the door for this opportunity. The employer appreciated the data skills I had learned from the program and the fact I had experience working with a charity helped to show that my values were well aligned to the organisation’s.
