At Basava Samiti of Asia Pacific Ltd. (BSAPAC), we believe in the power of education and innovation to transform lives. Our Learn2Grow Program is designed to empower individuals who are eager to enhance their skills but may lack financial means or resources to do so.
What is Learn2Grow?
Learn2Grow is a capability-building sandbox designed to help people learn, experiment, apply their skills and grow through real-world opportunities.
Delivered through structured, time-bound programmes of typically 12–16 weeks, Learn2Grow brings together participants and experienced professionals who are certified in their respective fields and are passionate about strengthening community capability.
The programme spans multiple domains, allowing participants to develop practical skills, explore new areas of interest and gain experience in a supportive environment. Power BI and Data Analytics is one of our popular learning streams, while emerging areas such as Art and Wisdom Expressions create opportunities to combine creativity, knowledge and community learning.
Learn2Grow is designed to be more than a conventional training course. It provides a safe space to learn by doing, experiment, collaborate, make mistakes, receive guidance and build capability.
Depending on the programme, its purpose and the resources involved, some Learn2Grow offerings may be provided free of charge, while others may involve a programme fee or contribution to support delivery and the sustainability of our charitable services.
Through Learn2Grow, knowledge is shared, capability is developed and people are empowered to turn learning into meaningful action.
Who Can Join?
This program is open to anyone passionate about learning and innovation. Whether you’re a student, job seeker, or someone looking to enhance your digital skills, Learn2Grow welcomes you. We especially encourage individuals from underserved communities who are eager to explore the potential of technology but face barriers to access.
