Become an Officer

All BSAPAC officer positions are voluntary, offering an opportunity to contribute, learn and serve the community. As an officer, you also take on certain responsibilities and governance requirements under ACNC rules and applicable laws.

By accepting an officer role, you commit to good governance, transparency and accountability, while helping strengthen our community and advance BSAPAC’s values.

By accepting your appointment as an Officer of Basava Samiti Asia Pacific Ltd (BSAPAC), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the BSAPAC Officer Agreement BSAPAC Volunteer Agreement - V5.0-Final.pdf.  

Your Officer appointment and access to Charity information, systems and resources are subject to these terms. If you do not accept them in full, you may not act as an Officer or access Officer-restricted information. BSAPAC may update or revise these terms, policies and procedures from time to time. Officers are responsible for keeping up to date with applicable changes.  

As an Officer, you agree to act lawfully, ethically and in the best interests of BSAPAC, while maintaining the privacy, confidentiality and security of Charity information and complying with all applicable requirements.
